【摘要】 为了精确检测镀铬件镀铬量,用CygnalF005单片机作为智能部件,研制出检测镀铬件镀铬量分析仪.该仪器根据电解剥离原理,采用微分电位法,解决了各层界面自动分层难题.对双电层电容充电电流引起的测量误差作了修正,检测精度达到0.01.该仪器既可通过USB接口与上位机配合使用,也可单机使用,具有显示、打印和分析测量结果等功能.

【Abstract】 The paper introduces to us a new analytical apparatus for detecting the amount of chromium which uses single chip microcomputer Cygnal F005 as its intelligent component.According to the principle of electrolysis and by using the method of differential electric potential,the apparatus can solve the problem of each layer delaminating from each other automatically.It can also correct the measuring deviation caused by the charging current of the capacitance of electric double layer,and the detecting precision can be high to 0.01.The apparatus can not only work alone,but also cooperate with the upper machine by its USB interface.It can display,print and analyze the measuring results.
