光波导陀螺谐振腔谐振特性研究
Study of Characteristics of Ring Resonator in Integrated Optical Waveguide Gyroscope
【摘要】 光波导陀螺谐振腔特性是光波导陀螺谐振腔设计和制备中的关键因素.从多光束干涉的基本原理出发,推导了集成光波导陀螺谐振腔一般谐振过程中,谐振环光强和输出光强表达式.确定了谐振条件和最佳匹配条件,分析了谐振腔的谐振特性.推导了最佳匹配条件以及非最佳匹配条件下,谐振腔内光强幅值表达式,并研究了两种情况下光强幅值的相互关系.
【Abstract】 Characteristics of ring resonator in integrated optical waveguide gyroscope are key factors in design and fabrication of ring resonator.General expressions of intensity ratio of light in ring and output port were deduced according to multiple-beam interference,and optimum resonance condition was given.Amplitude of intensity of resonance wave in the ring was analyzed under the condition of optimum resonance and non-optimum resonance,and relationship of these parameters is demonstrated.
