Nd:YAG激光陶瓷纳米粉体的制备方法研究

【摘要】 本文采用共沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法成功合成了1at.%和5at.%的Nd:YAG纳米粉体,并采用TG-DTA、XRD及SEM对前驱体粉体进行表征,最后采用真空热压烧结工艺制得Nd:YAG多晶陶瓷,并对陶瓷晶粒进行了形貌分析.根据实验结果,找出了获得多晶陶瓷的较优配方和影响Nd:YAG陶瓷材料透光度的因素.

【Abstract】 In this work, 1at.% and 5at.%Nd:YAG nano-meter powders were obtained in chemical co-precipitation method and sol-gel method. And the Nd:YAG precursor powders were characterized by TG-DTA、XRD and SEM. At last, polycrystal Nd:YAG powders were sintered under vacuum atmosphere for cermics, in addition, ceramics grains were represented by SEM. Finally, it has found out that the optimum method of fabricating polycrystal Nd:YAG ceramics, and factors influencing on optical transmittance of Nd:YAG ceramics laser materials.
