微波法快速合成氧化锌纳米棒
A Rapid and Simple Route to Synthesizing ZnO Nanorods by Using Microwave Irradiation
【摘要】 二氧化锌纳米棒由于新奇的物理化学性质成为研究的热点,本文用微波辐照法快速制备了氧化锌纳米棒,对合适的反应条件进行了探讨,对其中的影响因素进行了分析,并对可能的反应机理进行了阐述.另人感兴趣的是,纳米棒有凹陷或者部分中空,有破碎的纳米管状,甚至有类似藕状的纳米管形成的纳米棒束,这为氧化锌纳米棒和纳米管的形成机理解释提供了新的证据.实验结果表明,微波法制备氧化锌纳米棒直径300nm、长度3~5μm而且不需要模板、晶种、表面活性剂,方法简单快捷、实验可重复性强,适合大规模的生产,具有重要的应用价值和广阔的应用前景.
【Abstract】 ZnO nanorods have attracted much interest due to their unique physical properties and potential for diverse electronic and photonic device applications in areas such as surface acoustic wave, photonic crystals, light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, optical modulator waveguides, varistors, gas sensors, solar cells. The method does not need any templates, seeds and surfactants and is suitable for large-scale production. The properly conditions of preparation of ZnO nanorods and their possible formation mechanisms are fully investigated. The microwave-prepared samples with a diameter 300 nm , and a length of 3~5 μm from the SEM image. It is interesting to find that some cracked nanotubes and some like lotus nanorods are composed of nanotubes bundles.
