微型直接甲醇燃料电池极板结构的研究
Study of Micro Direct Methanol Fuel Cell Plate Configuration
【摘要】 极板结构直接影响微型直接甲醇燃料电池的极化特性,采用微机械加工技术制作几种不同极板流场结构的直接甲醇燃料电池.通过对不同极板结构的微型直接甲醇燃料电池的性能比较,发现栅型阳极流场结构的电池输出特性明显优于螺旋蛇型和点型流场结构.另外对采用不同极板材料制作的直接甲醇燃料电池也进行比较,发现不锈钢微型直接甲醇燃料电池的性能明显优于硅基结构的燃料电池.
【Abstract】 The plate configurations have great effects on the polarization characteristics of micro direct methanol fuel cell (μDMFC), and this paper presented three different flow field configurations of DMFC using micromachining technology. Comparison with the performance of the DMFCs, it is found that the output characteristics of the cell with the parallel flow anodic configuration is obviously better than those of the spiral and dot anodic configurations. Moreover, the DMFCs fabricated with the different plate materials are compared and the performance of μDMFC based on the stainless steel excel the silicon based DMFC distinctly.
