聚焦换能器的研制和在超声特征成像中的应用
Design and Application of Ultrasound Focused Transducer for the Ultrasonic Feature Imaging Testing System
【摘要】 为了提高对层状复合金属材料缺陷的成像分辨率,需要用高灵敏度的聚焦换能器。针对我们研制的(F-Scan)全自动超声特征成像系统,用钛酸铅做压电晶片,不同颗粒度的钨粉做声透镜和背衬的主要材料,研制了主频为10~20MHz宽带窄脉冲聚焦换能器,并用光学法拍摄了主频为10MHz的换能器的超声波声场在水中的聚焦过程及焦斑大小。在对层状复合金属材料检测时,缺陷的成像分辨率达0.5mm。
【Abstract】 To improve image resolution of sandwich metal plate flaw, high sensitivity transducers are needed. We developed Broadband Short Pulse Single-Element Ultrasonic Focused Transducers (center frequencies in the 1020 MHz range ) for Auto Ultrasonic Feature Imaging System (F-Scan). Lead Titanate (PbTiO3) was selected for piezoelectric ceramics. The key material of acoustic lens and insertion are wolframium powders of different grain fineness. The ultrasonic focused acoustic field and focused spot diameter of transducers (center frequency with 10 MHz) in water were recorded by an optical method and the image resolution of the least flaw for sandwich metal plate is up to 0.5mm.
