【摘要】 从理论上分析了引起光纤光栅交叉敏感问题的物理机制、基于双波长矩阵法和双参量矩阵法的各种应变和温度同时测量方案;对各种方案进行了详细的分类,介绍其工作原理并分析了各自的优缺点;最后提出了新型光纤光栅(FBG)与非本征法珀干涉仪(EFPI)复合传感器,其中FBG对应变敏感,EFPI只受温度影响。

【Abstract】 The physical mechanism of the cross-sensitivity of FBGs and the solutions of simultaneous measurement of strain and temperature which are based on the dual-wavelength and dual-parameter matrix methods are analyzed in theory. Detailed classification of all schemes and their operating principles are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are also analyzed. A novel FBG/EFPI sensor in which FBG is sensitive to the stain and EFPI is used to measure the temperature proposed in the end.
