基于CCD的玻璃厚度在线测量系统
Online Measurement System for Glass Thickness Based on CCD
【摘要】 浮法玻璃生产中需要对玻璃在高温区进行在线测量。研究了利用半导体激光和线阵CCD组成的在600℃高温条件下工作的玻璃厚度在线测量系统。系统采用循环水冷却方法使测头工作在正常条件下,利用软件对数据进行处理来克服高温气流等造成的随机误差。系统样机对玻璃厚度进行在线测量的精度达到15μm,测量范围为2~20mm。
【Abstract】 The on-line measurement of float glass at high temperature is required in the glass manufacturing. A on-line measurement system composed of semiconductor laser and linear CCD is designed for glass thickness measurement under 600℃. The cooling circulating water is employed in the system to keep the gauge work under normal condition. The measurement data is processed with software to overcome the random error caused by high-temperature gas flow. The glass thickness measurement accuracy is proved to reach 15 μm,measurement range is 2~20 mm.
