单目立体视觉传感器的优化设计及精度分析

【摘要】 设计采用一台CCD摄像机和两组对称反射镜组合实现双目视觉功能的单目立体视觉传感器系统,建立了透视成像数学模型,详细分析了传感器的几何结构参数,例如组内两个反射镜之间的夹角、两组反射镜之间的夹角、反射镜间的距离、反射镜与摄像机的距离等对系统性能的影响并进行了精度计算,为立体视觉传感器的优化设计提供了理论依据。传感器结构紧凑、调节方便,适合近距离高精度测量,目前已成功地应用于正在开发的气液两相三维PIV测量系统中。

【Abstract】 A monocular stereoscopic vision sensor, consisting of one CCD camera and two pairs of symmetry mirrors, is designed for visual detect. A perspective transformation model is established in order to analyze the effect on sensor performance from the geometric parameters, such as the angle between two symmetry mirrors, angle and distance between two pairs of mirrors and the distance between CCD camera and mirrors. The measuring accuracy is related to both the geometry of sensor and the position of measurand. Enough theoretical research is made for the optimum design of stereovision system. The sensor, which is cramped construction and convenient adjustment, has been successfully used in the 3D-PIV measuring system for two-phase gas-liquid flow in the lab.
