电振动台特性检测系统

【摘要】 提出一种结构简单、分辨率高、适合各种振动模式的电振动台特性检测系统。该系统采用自准直光路原理,利用位置敏感传感器对电振动台微小角度进行精密检测。数据通过USB口送至计算机,处理后得到振动台交变扭动特性曲线。系统包括自准直光学系统、PSD信号处理单元和数据处理系统三部分。各部分误差分析结果得出系统角度分辨率为9.90×10-5°。测试结果表明该系统能满足一些精密角速率传感器振动测试中零漂检测的应用要求。

【Abstract】 A system which can test the characteristics of electrical vibration table is put forward, with advantages of simple structure, high resolution and adapting to all the vibration mode measurements. In the system, both auto-collimating beam and position sensitive detector are introduced to detect tiny angle of electrical vibration table. After data being transferred through USB universal bus to PC, we can obtain the characteristic curve of table angular-rate by digital processing . The system contains three parts, including auto-collimating optical system, PSD’ signal processing unit and data processing system. By analyzing the errors of all the three parts, the angle resolution of the system is 9.90×10 -5 degree. The test experiment results show that the system can meet the application request in the bias stability detection of high-resolution angular-rate sensor in vibration mode.
