基于虚拟仪器技术的EFPI光纤微位移传感器数据处理系统
Data Processing System of EFPI Optical Fiber Micro Displacement Sensor Based on Virtual Instrument Technology
【摘要】 设计了一套EFPI光纤微位移传感器数据处理系统。该系统以虚拟仪器技术为设计思想,采用SICL(标准仪器控制库)函数,用面向对象软件设计技术编写系统程序,实现了对光纤传感器光谱测试和腔距实时监测。实验结果表明该系统基本达到自动化和实时化操作,为将来传感器实际应用时的数据处理提供了参考方案。
【Abstract】 A set of data processing system of EFPI optical fiber micro displacement sensor is designed. With the application of virtual instrument technology, SICL I/O control library and object-orientated software design technology, spectrum test and real-time monitor of the cavity length of optical fiber sensor are realized. In addition, the experimental results show that this system basically achieves automation and real-time operation, and provides a reference project to the data processing of the sensor for its practical application in the future.
