多参数血液分析型生物传感器的研究
Research of a Bio-Sensor for Blood Analysis Based on μTAS
【摘要】 研制了一种基于叉指阵列(interdigital array;IDA)薄膜电极的血液分析型医用多参量测量的生物传感器。利用光刻等微加工技术在玻璃基底上制备四个IDA微金电极,电极薄膜以铬为粘附层,金膜厚250nm,finger电极宽和间距均为10μm。工作区中的微电极上分别固定上不同的酶,通过检测“发生-收集”模式下的IDA微电极上生化反应所产生的微电流分别测试血液中血糖,胆固醇,酮体和乳酸浓度。
【Abstract】 A multi-parameters μTAS bio-senor used for the blood analysis in medicine has been researched and fabricated. 4 groups of interdigital array (IDA) microelectrodes have been fabricated by photolithographic and other microfabrication techniques on glass substrates. Thin-film gold electrodes with a thickness of 250nm have been deposited on a chromium-adhesion layer. The finger electrode width and space are both 10μm. The concentration of Blood sugar, Total Cholesterol, Acetone body and Lactic acid was measured by detecting steady-state limiting currents in IDA microelectrodes modified with enzymes on the “generate-collect” mode.
