【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the existing necessity and the position and effect of secondary teaching supervision in the teaching monitoring system of colleges and universities.Secondary supervision refers to non-power mechanism that supervises,examines,evaluates and gives feedbacks for the teaching quality,teaching management,teaching style,teaching order,etc of secondary schools directly under the leadership of university supervision and deans of secondary schools in charge of teaching.The secondary supervision is a link between university supervision and teaching front,and takes on important monitoring effect over the teaching of secondary schools.Its work includes mainly examination of teaching process,teaching investigation,guidance,questionnaire evaluation,topic discussion,seminar,information feedback,experience summary,etc.更多还原
