【Abstract】 Since 2006,the price of copper has kept going up tremendously as the result of the increasing de- mands at home and abroad,insufficient supply and fund speculation.The increase in copper price brings about serious negative impact on China’s copper meiting.processing and consuming industry.In order to have a steady and long-term raw material supply with reasonable prices,the copper industry has to shift from expansion of melting scale to the control of foreign resources.Meanwhile,making use of foreign resources should be put in the first place while trying to develop domestic resources.更多还原
