小波分析在异步电机故障诊断中的应用
Application of Wavelet Analysis in the Fault Diagnosis for Asynchronous Motors
【摘要】 针对异步电机中的早期故障,提出了以小波变换极大模分析进行故障诊断的方法.该方法以异步电机中典型的故障为例,将小波变换极大模分析方法应用于信号突变成分的检测,有效地定位并检测出异步电机中的早期故障.最后,通过实验证明了基于小波理论的故障诊断方法的可行性.
【Abstract】 Aimed at the initial failure of asynchronous motors,this paper puts forward a method of fault detection using maximum-modulus theorem of wavelet transform,which takes typical fault in the asynchronous machine as an example to apply the method of maximum-modulus of wavelet transform to the detection of signal mutational components so as to locate and detect the initial failure of asynchronous motors effectively.The result of experiment shows the feasibility of the fault diagnosis method based on wavelet theorem.
