【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the obstacles and possibilities of establishing south and north free trade area according to the development history of international economic contradictions,and concludes that in the more and more open world system,each country in South America,and the USA and Canada as well, should make decisions for future,and promote the establishment of FTAA.It analyzes the economic position and economic cooperation of both South and North America,and points out some policy suggestions.更多还原
