【摘要】 目的:探讨补络补管汤止血机制。方法:将3种剂量补络补管汤给正常小鼠灌胃,测定出血时间(BT)、凝血时间(CT)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)定量及血小板(PLT)计数,同时在兔胃粘膜出血部位局部用药,观察补络补管汤的止血作用。结果:种剂量补络补管汤均能缩短正常小鼠的BT、CT、PT,以中剂量组效果最佳。3种剂量补络补管汤对FIB及PL T数量无影响。补络补管汤能缩短兔胃粘膜出血时间。结论:补络补管汤对凝血过程的内源性及外源性途径均有影响,能缩短兔胃粘膜出血时间,具有止血作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the hemostatic mechanism of Bu-luo Bu-guan Decoction.Methods: Different doses of Bu-luo Bu-guan Decoction(BLBGD) were perfused into the stomachs of mice,then the bleeding time(BT),coagulation time(CT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB) and the quantities of platelet(PLT) were measured.Then the effect of BLBGD on the gastric bleeding of rabbits was studied.Results:All the three doses of BLBGD could shorten BT,CT,PT of the normal mice.The group receiving the middle dose showed the best result of the three.The three doses of BLBGD had no effects on FIB and PLT.BLBGD could shorten BT of the rabbits which gastric mucous membrane had been experimented to bleed.Conclusion:BLBGD had effects on both intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation processes.BLBGD had hemostatic effect on the gastric bleeding of rabbits.更多还原
