促进乡镇企业健康发展之管见

【摘要】 乡镇企业在八十年代获得迅猛增长,从九十年代后期以来又陷入沉寂.但是乡镇企业依然是实现农民增收的主要渠道,是工业反哺农业的主体,是发展农村公共事业的有效载体,在建设社会主义新农村过程中处于基础性地位,对成功解决中国“三农”问题具有重要意义。为了促进乡镇企业科学发展,应建立科学的评价标准,推进增长方式转变,加强制度创新,加快科技进步,加大政府支持力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Village and township enterprises increased quickly in 1980s,then fell into quietness again in the late of 1990s.However village and township enterprises have remained the main channel to increase revenue for the peasants, which is the main point of industry feeding back agriculture. And this is an effect carrier to develop countryside public utility.Also it is the basic place in constructing the new socialist countryside.Village and township enterprises are of significance in resolving the problems of“Three Aspects in Agriculture”.In order to develop the township enterprises scientifically,we should build the scientific evaluation and work hard for it.更多还原
