苯胺掺杂聚茜素红薄膜修饰电极的研制及应用
Preparation and Application of Poly(Alizarin Red) Film Modified Electrode Doped with Aniline
【摘要】 利用循环伏安法研究了苯胺掺杂聚茜素红薄膜修饰电极(PARAN)的制备方法,并对电极的性能进行了电化学表征.利用该修饰电极对酚磺乙胺(DIC)的电催化作用,建立了对DIC进行定量分析的方法.在0.10 mol/L的高氯酸溶液中,DIC的浓度在0.10 mg/mL~1.5 mg/mL范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限可达12.5μg/mL.利用该法对酚磺乙胺针剂、片剂样品进行了定量分析,得到满意结果.十次样品分析结果的相对标准偏差小于4%,样品回收率在97.2%~101.8%之间,完全满足微量分析的要求.
【Abstract】 The preparation method of Poly(Alizarin Red) film modified electrode doped with aniline(PARAN) was studied by the circulation voltammetry,and the electrochemist- ry property of PARAN had test.Using the electrocatalytic action of PARAN on the Etamsylate(DIC),the electroanalysis method of determining content of DIC was set up.In the 0.10 mol/L perehloric acid solution,the concentration of the DIC had a good linear relations in 0.10 mg/mL~1.5 mg/mL with the peak current,detection limit may reach 12.5μg/mL.Carries on the quantitative analysis using this method to the Etamsylate injection and troche sample,obtained the satisfactory result. The relative standard deviation of ten samples analysis results is less than 4% and the recovery rate is 97.2%~101.8%,it completely satisfies the request of micro-analysis.
