注水井泡沫酸解堵研究

【摘要】 对冀东油田某区块注水井井底堵塞物的离子含量进行了测定,分析了注水井井底堵塞产生的主要原因。通过室内筛选实验,确定了主体酸、起泡剂及添加剂的浓度及泡沫酸解堵剂的配方,并通过溶蚀率测定、悬浮能力评价及驱油效率对比等实验证明了所研制的自生气泡沫酸对解除堵塞、提高驱油效率具有更显著的效果。

【Abstract】 The ion concentration of stemming at the water injection well bottom in the block of Jidong Oilfield has been tested.Then the main reason of shaping the well bottom plugging is analyzed.Through the screening experiment,the aci,foamer and additive concentration have been decided,so the formulation of the blocking remover has been reached.And through the dissolution rate experiment,the suspension property evaluating and oil displacement contrasting,it has been proved that the new developed self-generating gas foamed acid can remove stemming and enhance oil displacement efficiency significantly.
