餐饮企业成本控制方法
Cost Management of Modern Hotel Catering
【摘要】 就酒店餐饮企业在采购、库存管理、生产等各个环节如何加强成本控制进行探讨,提出了控制成本,增加企业利润的方法。
【Abstract】 Cost control in purchase,storage and other parts of hotel catering were discussed.Methods of cost control and maximum profit realization were put forward.
