阀控密封铅酸蓄电池用改性AGM隔膜的研究

【摘要】 为了改善AGM蓄电池隔板的横向透气性,采用一定的方法向超细玻璃纤维隔膜中注入憎水的有机聚合物物质A,通过实验测定了隔膜的透气性(横向、纵向)、吸液量、吸液高度等特性,结果表明,用适当浓度的物质A对隔膜进行改性后,对隔膜其他性能无负面影响,大大地改善了隔膜的横向透气性。同时采用改性隔板制作电池进行测试,结果表明在适当增加电解液的情况下,电池的密封反应效率和循环性能具有良好性能表现。

【Abstract】 The transverse permeability of AGM separators can be improved by the addition of hydrophobic organic polymer A.The properties of the separator,such as transverse and longitudinal permeability,the amout and the height of absorbing acid were measured by experiments.The results showed that the transverse permeability has been greatly improved and other properties were not negatively influenced by the addition of the polymer A into the separator.The batteries with the modified separators have good recombination efficiency and cycle performances if properly increasing the amount of filling electrolyte.
