【摘要】 本文利用酚二磺酸比色法,测定调查了日常生活中蔬菜的硝酸盐含量,显示人们对食品质量认识的不断提高和对食品质量的重视。

【Abstract】 This text make use of the phenol disulfonic acid colorimetry,investigate the detemination in vegetable of daily life,-show people’s increasing knowledge about food quantity and paying more attention on it.
