【Abstract】 The Problem of countryside is comprehensive and strategic ever since in China.The reformation began from the countrysite,till now,the problem is still kept the most knotty one.What’s more,the institution of rural medical guarantee,as an important part of the whole social guarantee strategies,is the fundamental premise of living and developing and improving the quality of lives.The problem is of great importance because it could take the single household into the malign circle of poverty and disease on the one hand,the health of peasants is concerned with the stability of society,especially in the condition of polarization.更多还原
