【Abstract】 Through the investigation of Beishan Community Committee of Tonghua City, the paper proposes the conception of constructing new city community committees of Northeast. On the basis of orienting the roles of community committees, the paper holds that there should be a co-operation between the community committees and the government and it is of great importance for speeding up the pace of community construction to strengthen the development of the city community committees of Northeast.更多还原
