【Abstract】 It is an important part of our country’s finance system revolution to erect and improve administrative sys- tem of rural cooperative finance. Although our country’s cooperative finance has had great development, adminis- trative system of rural cooperative finance still has a lot of disadvantages and earnestly needs to erect and improve administrative system of rural cooperative finance with Chinese features.
