【摘要】 改革开放以来,西部职业技术教育有了长足的发展,尤其是高等职业技术教育发展迅猛,为地方经济建设发展作出了突出贡献。但是,由于社会经济发展和产业结构调整的变化,西部高等职业技术教育在改革和发展进程中,还存在着诸多问题,其发展水平以及对国民收入增长的贡献,远远低于东、中部地区。因此,有必要加大改革力度,培养适应西部经济社会发展的合格专门人才,为西部地区经济建设作出应有的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reforming and opening, vacational technical education in western area has made great progress. Especially the rapid development of higher vacational and technical education has made great contributions to economy. But there still exists some problems in the vocational and technical education because of the development of social economy and the change of social structures. The level and contributions of higher vocational and technical education in western area are greatly below those in the middle and eastern area. Therefore, it is necessary to take actions in the reform and develop the qualified people for the western economical development.更多还原
