【Abstract】 The city agricultural Labourers take the youth as a main body, and we attempt to investigate the community of the agricultural labourers through their present cultural life situation and the latent difference on cultural expense ability. In such a state of the insufficient culture service or facilities from the enterprises and the government, the overall cultural life standard of the agricultural labourers is insufficient.
