【Abstract】 NP(network processor) is applied in the current design of routing architecture to meet the demand of high-speed data process with high performance and strong flexibility.In this paper,the features,architecture and key technologies of NP are introduced.And the typical structure of routing architecture based on NP is designed and analyzed with the example of Intel IXP2400.It gets a blance between performance and flexibility,which has great prospects.更多还原
