间苯双酰腙类化合物的合成及其生物活性
Synthesis and Biological Activity of 1,3-Benzyldiacylhydrazone Derivatives
【摘要】 以间苯二甲酸为起始原料,设计合成了6个新型具有对称结构的间苯双酰腙类化合物3a~3f,其结构经元素分析1、H NMR和MS表征.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物均表现出不同程度的抑菌活性,其中3d的活性最好,在50 mg/L质量浓度下对水稻纹枯病菌和小麦赤霉病菌的抑制率达90%以上.
【Abstract】 Six novel 1,3-benzyldiacylhydrazone derivatives([STHZ]3a~3f) with symmetrical structure have been designed and synthesized based on the starting material m-phthalic acid.All compounds synthesized are confirmed by elemental analyses,~1 H NMR and MS.Preliminary bioassay indicates that some compounds display excellent fungicidal activity to some extent,among them the compound 3d exhibited higher than 90% inhibition effect against Rhizoctonia solani and Gibberella zeal in dosage of 50 mg/L.
