鲁米诺-铁氰化钾流动注射化学发光体系研究

【摘要】 采用流动注射-化学发光(FI-CL)联用技术系统研究了19种酚类化合物对鲁米诺-铁氰化钾(lumi-nol-K3Fe(CN)6)体系化学发光的影响,发现其大部分能抑制或增强体系化学发光强度,且抑制或增强化学发光强度的能力与化学发光体系溶液的介质、pH值以及酚类化合物的浓度、分子结构等有关;根据化学发光光谱和紫外-可见吸收谱,讨论了体系化学发光强度抑制或增强的机理,推测抑制或增强可能是由于酚类化合物的氧化反应及瞬时产物影响了鲁米诺化学发光反应通道;若联接分离技术,鲁米诺-铁氰化钾流动注射化学发光体系具有同时测定数个酚类有机化合物的潜力.

【Abstract】 The effect of phenolic compounds on the luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 CL has not been studied systematically.In this paper,the effects of 19 phenolic compounds on the luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 system chemiluminescence(CL) were studied.It was found that the behavior of CL inhibition and enhancement by phenolic compounds depended on the medium,the pH of the media and the concentration and structure of the compounds.The CL spectra and UV-visible absorption spectra were studied and the mechanism for the CL inhibition and enhancement was also discussed,which is likely due to the formation of different oxidation products of phenolic compounds under different pH involved in the CL reaction.
