基于特征建模的船用柴油机机体强度有限元分析
FEA of cylinder block strength of marine diesel engine based on feature modeling
【摘要】 基于三维造型软件Pro/E的特征建模技术和有限元软件ANSYS的结构分析模块,建立了某6200型船用柴油机机体的有限元模型.采用更符合实际的边界条件施加方法,在螺栓预紧和缸内爆发压力两种工况下对机体进行受力分析,确定了最大应力部位;同时对机体的疲劳安全性进行了校核.分析结果表明,采用此有限元方法可为机体的强度评估和多方案改进设计提供依据.
【Abstract】 Based on the feature modeling technology of the 3-D modeling software Pro/E and the structure analysis module of ANSYS FEA, the finite element model of the cylinder block of type 6200 marine diesel engine is established. The practical method of adding boundary conditions is used to carry out the stress analysis of the cylinder block with two conditions of pretension and explosion so that the position with the max stress can be determined. Meanwhile, the fatigue safety of the cylinder block is checked. The results show that the FEM offers the basis for the strength evaluation of cylinder block and design improvement of many schemes.
