【摘要】 目的探讨真菌性角膜溃疡综合治疗的疗效。方法52例52眼真菌性角膜溃疡分为两组,治疗A组35例应用氟康唑、角膜病灶局部清创及碘酊烧灼综合治疗,治疗B组17例单纯应用氟康唑治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果综合治疗效果明显优于单纯药物治疗。结论广谱抗真菌药物氟康唑联合局部清创及碘酊烧灼的综合治疗方法治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of combined treatment on fungal corneal ulcer.Methods Thirty-five patients with fungal corneal ulcer were treated by combined method.Seventeen patients with fungal corneal ulcer were treated only by fluconazole.Then the effects on the two groups were observed.Results The effect of the combined method is more remarkable than that of fluconazole alone.Conclusion The study showed that the effect of combined treatment on fungal corneal ulcer is remarkable.更多还原
