EPS与EPE组合使用的力学性能研究

【摘要】 发泡材料应用在包装产品储运环节中,发挥着对产品安全防护的作用。对EPE与EPS缓冲材料的组合使用与单独使用的静态、动态压缩进行了试验,研究了它们组合使用的静态与动态力学性能。结果表明:组合使用静态力学性能介于单独使用之间,其动态力学性能当跌落高度为60 cm,并且静压力小于7kPa时,组合使用的动态力学性能介于单独使用之间;当跌落高度为60 cm,静压力大于7kPa时,及当跌落高度为45 cm时,动态力学性能较接近。

【Abstract】 The application of foaming materials in packaged products’ storage and transportation segment takes the function of protection.The static state and dynamic state compression of two kinds of buffer materials of EPE and EPS which were placed combination and used alone were tested to determine their static and dynamic mechanical performance.The results indicated the static mechanical performance of materials placed combination is between with those of materials used alone.When the height of dropping is 60 cm and the static pressure is less than 7 kPa,the dynamic mechanical performance of materials placed combination is between with those of materials used alone.When the height of dropping is 60 cm and the static pressure is more than 7 kPa and when the height of dropping is 45cm,the dynamic mechanical performance of those are close to each other.
