无溶剂复合机静态混合器的机理及性能研究

【摘要】 依据静态混合器的混合机理,确定了混合器的结构型式。根据双组份无溶剂复合机的工艺要求,设计了SK型静态混合器。对SK型静态混合器进行了混合性能及压力降分析。研究表明:粘合剂的混合达到了分子量级,加快了粘合剂的交联速度,提高了交联质量。

【Abstract】 Static mixer’s configuration was determined according to mixing mechanism.SK-static mixer based technological requirements of the dual solventless laminator was designed.By analysis of mixing capability and pressure decline of the SK-static mixer,it indicated that the adhesives’ mixing reaches molecule level,thus the adhesives’ cross-linking is speeded up,and the adhesives’ cross-linking quality enhanced.
