新金属油墨颗粒形状对油墨粘度及光泽的影响
Influence of Foil Shape on the Viscidity and Luster of New Metallic Ink
【摘要】 阐述了铝箔微片和紫外油墨组成的新金属油墨的特点。根据光反射特点和爱因斯坦粘度方程,研究了颗粒形状与油墨的金属光泽和油墨粘度的关系,结果表明,长片状的金属颗粒能得到最好的印刷效果。
【Abstract】 The characteristic of new metallic ink consisted of ultraviolet ink and aluminum foils were clarified.According to the reflect characteristics of light and viscidity equation of Einstein,the influence of foil shape on the viscidity and luster of new metallic ink were studied.The results showed that the rectangle metallic foil is the best choice.
