手持式捆扎机张紧轮失效分析
Failure Analysis of Tightening Pulley of the Hand-held Binding Machine
【摘要】 手持式捆扎机中的张紧轮是在多种交变力的综合作用下进行捆扎工作的关键零件。通过对国内、外不同材料的张紧轮使用后的材质成分、金相组织、硬度、磨损表面形貌等测试与分析表明,国外采用20CrN iMo钢加工的张紧轮,其使用寿命高于国内产品,更适用于在手持式捆扎机上应用。
【Abstract】 The key component-tightening pulley of the hand-held binding machine is working under the action of the multi-intersection changing forces. After test and analysis of internal and external used tightening pulley made of different materials on compositions of material quality,metallographic structure,and hard and worn surface morphology,it showed that the service life of the import-tightening pulley made of 20CrNiMo steel was longer than that of the domestic product.The tightening pulley made of 20CrNiMo steel was suitable for application in the hand-held binding machine.
