用正硅酸乙酯改性的倍半硅氧烷膜压痕特性的研究
Scratch profile of SSO-film modified with TEOS
【摘要】 用压痕测实验研究了正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)改性剂的含量,对可涂于包装材料的倍半硅氧烷(SSO)膜的硬度和弹性模量的影响。SSO是由3-(2.3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPMS)水解缩合反应制备的。膜的硬度和弹性膜量是由纳米压痕(IIT)设备的连续硬度测试(CSM)技术测定的。对膜体系改性后各种指标进行了分析。结果表明:摩擦学行为可以通过在涂层系统中添加不同含量的TEOS来影响,在含有20%TEOS的膜中,有最小的摩擦系数和较好的抗压痕性。
【Abstract】 The study was to analyze the influence of the modifier,10~30 wt% tetraethoxysilanes(TEOS),on the hardness and elastic modulus of oligomeric slisesquioxane(SSO)films,which can be coating in packaging material.SSO was derived from hydrolytic condensation of(3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane(GPMS).The hardness was measured by the continuous stiffness measurement(CSM) technique of an instrumented-indentation testing(IIT)device.The results showed that adding of TEOS to the film can improve the friction behavior,and the lowest friction coefficient and better hardness can be achieved by adding 20 wt% tetraethoxysilanes.
