【摘要】 我国图书版权贸易逆差的存在并扩大的主要原因有:语言和科技文化方面的障碍,版权代理机构的作用不突出,不成熟的市场经济现状,出版社对版权贸易的认识存在误区,版权贸易渠道狭窄等。我们可以通过建立国家扶持机制,畅通版权输出渠道,加强宣传和完善版权代理机构,提高人员素质等措施来增加版权输出,减小逆差。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a serious deficit in book copyright trade,and it is gradually expanding.The main reasons are as follows: There exist barriers in language,technology,and culture.Copyright agencies do not play a prominent role.The market economy mechanism is premature.The misunderstanding of the publishing houses for copyright trade still exist;and copyright trade channels are narrow.Therefore,we can support copyright trade through establishing a national mechanism,smoothing copyright export paths,strengthening publicity,improving the quality of the copyright agencies and their personnel,and other measures to increase the export of copyright and reduce the deficit.更多还原
