【Abstract】 A combination of trustees is a main factor which influences the efficiency of governing boards in American higher education.The author analyzes the types of trustees of American higher education institutions and the significance of their successful collaboration,and hopes it will make sense for the reform of Chinese higher education institutions,which have established governing boards.更多还原
