六味地黄丸对动脉粥样硬化小鼠iNOS表达的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究六味地黄丸对动脉粥样硬化(AS)小鼠一氧化氮(NO)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达的影响。方法:喂饲高脂饲料复制小鼠AS模型;Griess法检测血浆中NO水平;蛋白质免疫印迹法检测iNOS的表达。结果:AS小鼠9周时开始出现NO显著增加,六味地黄丸能显著抑制NO水平,并降低iNOS的表达。结论:六味地黄丸可能通过抑制iNOS的表达降低AS小鼠NO水平,防治AS。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill on nitric oxide level and the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in BALB/c mice atherosclerosis models.Methods: Three groups of mice were used to reproduce the atherosclerosis models by high fat feeding stuff.Plasma nitric oxide(NO) level was measured by Griess method and the expression of iNOS was detected by western blot method.Results: NO level in atherosclerosis mice increased from the end of the ninth week and increased continuously to the end of the process.Liuwei Dihuang Pill inhibited the increasing of NO level and the expression of iNOS.Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang Pill may prevent atherosclerosis in mice by inhibiting the expression of iNOS and decline the NO level.
