【Abstract】 In this paper,the antifungal mechanism and advance of the extractions of some Chinese herbal medicine such as Syrygiu. Aromaticum for keeping vegetable and fruit fresh were introduced. The author summed up the application of some extractions of Chinese herbal medicine used for keeping-fresh and pointed out the problems about research of natural antistaling agent and the prospect of its application.更多还原
