【摘要】 石油城市是我国的重要组成部分,具有资源依赖性强、区位优势差、城市发展与石油资源的开采密切相关等特点,容易因石油资源的枯竭而产生油竭城衰的现象。据统计,我国目前共有市级以上石油城市15个,它们在国民经济中占据重要地位。应用DEA方法对15个石油城市经济发展综合效率的相对有效性进行分析评价。指出非有效的石油城市经济发展的改进方向,明确了石油城市的发展与资源禀赋及所处地域之间的关系,对石油城市的发展和宏观决策均有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the national economy oil cities are characterized by heavy dependenceon resources,unfavorable regional location and the lose relationship between city development and oil production.It is likely that when the oil there is exhaustecd the cities may stop developing.With DEA method the paper evaluates 15 oil cities in China in the aspect of their comprehensive efficiency.It presents some ideas of praming the economic grouth in the oil cities.更多还原
