【Abstract】 Managers in the process of management mainly depends on the effective management system to implement the managing measures,so whether the management system is good or not is very important to the success of the management practices.Since there are few researches currently on the theory and methods of management system design so that the existing weakness in the management system makes low effeciency of management.In this paper,the behavior control theory is applied in the design of management system with the intent of working out more effective management system.更多还原
