【Abstract】 The concept of human capital in enterprise investment is put forward for the decision-making.In order to evaluate the feasibility of human capital investment in enterprises comprehensively,a feasibility evaluation index system is built,which covers three aspects-the quality of human capital,the interior environment of enterprises and investment benefit.It demonstrates how to conduct the evaluation on investment the feasibility and the rules of scheme selection with the multilevel grey evaluation method.更多还原
