【Abstract】 The rise of the US risky investment makes it permeating into each corner of the world progressively.Since China’s economy is developed rapidly in recent years,the capital administrators of the developed countries all have an optimistic view of this enormous market.This paper analyses the current development of sino-US investment market,and concludes the necessity of establishing risky investment ensuring system in China.It puts forward the measures to set up the withdrawal mechanism of risky capital.更多还原
