【摘要】 深交所中小企业板块启动,是开拓中小企业的直接融资渠道、推动中小企业发展的重要一步,将为我国创业板市场的建设积累经验和打下坚实基础。基于我国中小企业板设立的意义及其运行方式,并依据其时间先后顺序,分别从中小企业板块高调推出、中小企业板全线调整、中小企业板良性发展以及中小企业板上市公司业绩良好四个方面,剖析了中小企业板自上市以来的实际运行状况。同时,提出发展我国中小企业板块应注意的问题。更多还原
