【摘要】 改革开放以来,政府投资管理体制经历了几次改革,每次改革都在原有管理体制的基础上取得了一定的成效。但是,政府投资范围依然较宽,投资结构尚有不合理之处,政府投资的多重代理存在失灵现象,政府投资决策监督机制仍不完善,法律法规尚存在空白。因此应该在现有政府投资管理体制的基础上从四个方面进行创新。更多还原
