【Abstract】 Based on the theory of organizational pattern conversion,this paper analyze the influence of the impact of the change of financial enviroment on bank.It points out that bank should take some effective countermeasures,including high-quality service, operation innovation and intersecting operation.In face of the change of the macro-enrironment banks need transferm their organizational patterns from modern time to post-modern time through these innovative measures.更多还原
