【Abstract】 The utilization of multiplex polymerase chain reaction,nested primers polymerase chain re- action,primer—extension preamplication polymerase chain reaction,nonelectrophoretic polymerase chain reaction and Loop—mediated isothermal amplification in sex determination of early stage bovine embryos were reviewed in the paper.Meantime,the discussion and analysis of current situation and existing prob- lems in the application of those methods in cattle industry indicated a great commercial perspectives of sex determination of early stage embryos in the future cattle industry.更多还原
